We are looking for a motivated Senior Forward Deployed Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing GenAI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, experience with modern backend frameworks, and an interest in Generative AI applications. This role offers hands-on exposure to prompt engineering, AI integrations, and building scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django, or similar)

• Work on integrations with APIs, databases, and external services

• Write effective prompts and work with Generative AI models for real-world use cases

• Build and maintain systems using MongoDB and Redis for storage, caching, and workflow orchestration

• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy LLM-powered applications

• Debug, optimize, and ensure reliability and scalability of backend systems

• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation

  
  

  Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Python development

• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, Django

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis

• Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts and working with LLMs

• Experience writing prompts for AI models and integrating them into applications

• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming in Python

• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and work in a collaborative environment
