Gnani.ai is looking for a Sales Specialist with experience in Voice AI, Conversational AI, or speech technologies to drive adoption of our ASR and TTS solutions. The ideal candidate understands the enterprise AI landscape and can translate complex voice technology capabilities into business value for customers. You will work closely with product, engineering, and solutions teams to identify opportunities, run demos, close deals, and build long-term partnerships with enterprise clients and AI platform companies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for ASR and TTS products across enterprise and technology companies
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and inbound leads
Develop relationships with product leaders, AI teams, engineering leaders, and CX executives
2. Solution Selling
Understand customer use cases such as:
Contact center automation
Voice assistants
Conversational AI
Voice bots and IVR systems
Conduct product demos and articulate the value of speech recognition and voice synthesis technologies
3. Revenue Growth
Own and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements
Expand existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
4. Collaboration
Work closely with solutions engineers and product teams to design customer deployments
Provide market feedback to help shape product roadmap and features
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, webinars, and industry events
5. Market Intelligence
Stay up to date on the Voice AI ecosystem including competitors, emerging technologies, and enterprise use cases
Identify strategic opportunities with AI platforms, system integrators, and SaaS companies
Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in B2B technology sales
Experience selling AI, SaaS, API products, or developer platforms
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
Ability to explain complex technologies to both technical and business stakeholders
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Background working with developer platforms or API-based products
