We are seeking a motivated Product Manager (PM) who is ready to put the customer first
and demonstrate mastery of end-to-end product lifecycle and how to design experiences and
products that people love and that also deliver clear business outcomes.
He/She will collaborate with the Product Managers and Associate Product Managers to conduct
market research, competitor analysis, craft the product vision, drive the product roadmap, write
PRDs, and engage with customers for feedbacks.
The person in this role is expected to look externally to identify best-in-class experiences, map and
understand end-to-end customer journeys and opportunities for improvement, and define and
prioritize a roadmap of features and enhancements to improve the customer experience and drive
business value. The SPM will participate actively in all phases of the development process with the
Engineering team, designers and architects to deliver the right user experience, and with partners
from other lines of business and Operations leaders to ensure proper operational readiness and
change management for new features and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct deep market and competitor research to inform product strategy.
• Analyze end-to-end customer journeys and identify opportunities to automate operations, reduce
turnaround time, and enhance satisfaction.
• Drive initiatives to improve case management capabilities and streamline internal processes.
• Champion next-gen product features that elevate both customer and team experiences.
• Use data and analytics to surface, validate, and execute impactful product ideas.
• Lead projects from concept to delivery, collaborating cross-functionally throughout.
• Set up post-launch tracking to measure product success and inform future investment.
• Partner closely with VPs and leadership on roadmap, pricing, and positioning.
Candidate Persona
• Knowledge of Generative AI and/or experience in early-stage startups.
• Proven experience in product management, ideally in matrixed environments.
• Hands-on with Agile methodologies and a track record of ownership from idea to execution.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to drive insights into action.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across tech, business, and customer-facing teams.
• Experience in identifying testing opportunities and validating solutions with real-world feedback.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
