Responsibilities

Role Overview

Gnani.AI is looking for a Lead, Product Marketing to help define, position, and scale the next generation of Voice AI and Conversational AI solutions for global enterprises.

You will operate at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customers, Marketing, Analysts, and Market Intelligence, acting as a core GTM owner responsible for shaping how the market understands, adopts, and trusts Gnani.AI’s technology.

A key responsibility of this role will be owning Gnani.AI’s enterprise narrative - clearly defining who we win against, why we win, and how the sales team proves it in enterprise deals.

As part of the founding PMM team, you will help build category narrative, enable regional growth and global expansion, and translate deep product capabilities into compelling business outcomes for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve Gnani.AI’s positioning and messaging, translating advanced Voice AI capabilities into clear, differentiated enterprise value propositions across industry verticals.

Define and drive Gnani.AI’s enterprise narrative in India - identifying key competitors, articulating why we win, and enabling Sales to prove our differentiation in real enterprise deals.

Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to design and execute end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, including product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansion initiatives.

Develop deal-contextualised messaging, competitive positioning, and use-case-led narratives aligned to revenue segmentsand build a sales certification program.

Build and operationalise a competitive intelligence program, including competitor tracking, battlecards, win themes, and deal-stage insights that support enterprise sales cycles.

Establish and manage analyst and advisory engagement programs, including analyst briefings, feedback loops, and industry insights to strengthen Gnani.AI’s category positioning.

Drive pricing and packaging frameworks in collaboration with Product and Sales leadership to ensure offerings align with enterprise value drivers and market expectations.

Build and scale a customer evidence engine, including branded case studies, success stories, and outcome-driven narratives that support pipeline creation and deal confidence.

Drive external validation by ensuring consistent customer reviews and ratings across platforms such as G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and Capterra, strengthening market credibility.

Lead Voice-of-Customer initiatives, including CSAT and NPS monitoring, Customer Advisory Boards (CAB), and structured feedback loops to inform product and GTM strategy.

Establish structured win/loss intelligence programs, capturing deal drivers, competitive insights, and customer feedback to refine messaging and sales strategy.

Track and analyse pipeline and revenue indicators, including opportunity stage conversion, sales cycle duration, and adoption signals, to continuously refine GTM strategy.

Develop and maintain product-to-use-case mapping frameworks, ensuring strong alignment between product capabilities, customer needs, and industry solutions.

Own product storytelling across website, solution pages, case studies, and external content, ensuring messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Act as a product evangelist, representing Gnani.AI in customer conversations, industry events, webinars, and internal forums to simplify and promote Voice AI adoption.

Establish strong internal GTM communication frameworks, aligning cross-functional teams on launches, messaging updates, competitive insights, and market priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, or related roles in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology.

Strong hands-on experience in positioning, messaging development, and enterprise GTM strategy.

Deep understanding of Sales-Led Growth (SLG) environments and enterprise deal lifecycles.

Clear understanding of cross-functional roles and responsibilities across Sales, Product, Marketing, Analysts, and GTM teams.

Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams on deal positioning, competitive strategy, and customer narratives.

Strong business mindset with the ability to connect product capabilities to revenue drivers and market outcomes.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market signals and data into actionable GTM insights.

High ownership mindset, strong bias for action, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.

Ability to hustle, take initiative, and go beyond defined mandates to deliver business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or equivalent business education (preferred, not mandatory).

Experience in AI, Conversational AI, Voice AI, or enterprise SaaS companies.

Exposure to global markets or international GTM initiatives (not mandatory).

Experience supporting product launches, enterprise GTM strategies, or category creation efforts.

Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles and competitive deal dynamics.

Tools & Technologies

Experience or familiarity with modern GTM and AI-native workflows:

Product Marketing & Collaboration: Notion, Confluence, Jira, Asana

Analytics & Research: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, Competitive intelligence platforms (Crayon, Klue)

Content & Design: Figma, Canva, Webflow, CMS platforms

AI & Productivity Tools: AI-assisted research, content generation, and workflow automation tools (n8n)

Sales & GTM Stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach (or similar platforms), ContentMonkey
