Responsibilities


Job Summary:


We are seeking an L2 Support Engineer responsible for in-depth analysis, debugging, and resolution of issues in AI-based calling systems, ensuring minimal downtime and accurate system performance.


Roles & Responsibilities: -

- Perform deep debugging of production issues

- Analyze call data, logs, and system behavior

- Write and modify MongoDB queries for data validation and analysis

- Identify root cause and prepare RCA reports

- Fix configuration and data-related issue

- Coordinate with development and engineering teams for issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications: -

- Strong knowledge of MongoDB (aggregation queries)

- Experience in log analysis and debugging

- Understanding of APIs and system integrations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle production incidents independently

- Ability to work in shifts
