Gnani.ai is looking for a GTM (Go-To-Market) Operations Engineer to build, optimize, and scale the
systems, data, and workflows that power our revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of
RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Data Engineering, ensuring seamless execution across the GTM stack.
Key Responsibilities
. GTM Systems & Tooling
• Own and manage the GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, data
tools)
• Administer and optimize platforms like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Outreach etc.
• Implement integrations between tools using APIs, middleware, or iPaaS solutions
2. Data Engineering for Revenue
• Design and maintain GTM data pipelines (lead → opportunity → revenue)
• Ensure data accuracy, enrichment, deduplication, and governance
• Build data models to track funnel metrics, attribution, and forecasting
3. Automation & Workflow Design
• Create automated workflows across sales and marketing processes
• Improve lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle management
• Reduce manual work through scripting and no-code/low-code automation
4. Reporting & Analytics
• Build dashboards for pipeline visibility, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting
Partner with leadership to define KPIs and GTM metrics
• Deliver insights to optimize acquisition, retention, and expansion
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams
Core Skills
• 3–8 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Data Engineering
• Strong experience with CRM systems
• Proficiency in SQL and working with data warehouses
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato)
• Basic scripting (Python/JavaScript) for automation
