The Full Stack Engineer – Special Projects will work directly with the CTO on high-impact engineering initiatives that require rapid execution, strong architectural thinking, and deep technical ownership. The role is designed for exceptional engineers who can build production-grade systems from scratch, experiment with new technologies, and solve complex engineering problems across the stack.

This role focuses on strategic technical initiatives, advanced product capabilities, AI-driven applications, and internal platform development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Engineering Projects

• Work directly with the CTO on high-priority engineering initiatives and experimental product development.

• Build and launch rapid prototypes that can evolve into production-grade systems.

• Take ownership of special projects that require strong problem-solving and independent execution.

  Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems and APIs.

• Build modern, high-performance front-end applications and internal dashboards.

• Integrate external services, APIs, and enterprise data systems.

• Ensure strong code quality, maintainability, and scalability.

  AI and Intelligent Systems

• Develop applications leveraging Large Language Models and AI frameworks.

• Build systems using prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and intelligent automation.

  System Architecture and Performance

• Design scalable architectures that support high throughput and reliability.
